When we look at the world around us, sometimes we only see it at face value. But when we dig deeper and look harder we can discover something magical!
How many sunsets have you watched? Have you ever seen one that looks like it's setting the sky on fire? Did you take the time to enjoy it? Come, enjoy it with me, see it through new eyes. We can't go back in time but here's a picture of what I saw.
Can we just say wow! What an awesome God we serve! I guarantee most people the evening I took this photo didn't even notice the beauty that filled the sky.
Here's another thought, how closely do you look at the ground? How closely do you observe a mushroom? To a lot of people, mushrooms are just gross fungus or something to eat, but they can be beautiful. They can even have shapes. Like this little guy, he looks like a turtle!
There are so many cool and amazing little details that God adds into nature and our lives, but if we don't look closely we take them at face value and miss the beauty. Don't do that. Look for wonder and beauty in everything! See the world through new eyes! Eyes looking to wonder!
