Hi @Everyone and welcome! Whether you are brand new to the community or have been here a while, please read over this post.

WV is made to help you as a writer. It is a community of other writers who would love to talk, but are probably just as shy as you, so if you have a question, feel free to ask. Don't talk yourself out of it, just do it.

I know it's daunting when the community doesn't seem to be super active, but I promise we'd love to chat, we're just other introverted and busy writers who would welcome a way to procrastinate...I mean, a conversation. ;)

I'm new here. I just found Writers Vision a couple of days ago but it has already been amazing. I love the tightly knit community and all the fun & games.

So, a little bit about me.

I love drawing and colouring (although I am nowhere near a professional level). Reading has always been my top hobby and the teachers at school were always complaining that I read too much and didn't listen to their instructions. I also love maths and writing. This might sound weird, but writing essays was always one of my favourite assignments in school, even when everyone else always complained about having to write another essay.

My favourite colours are pink and silver and my favourite foods are anything Asian (Sushi, Sweet & Sour Pork, Steamboat / Hotpot, Dim Sum).

1. This is not a place for debate, please do not turn it into a debate ground. Friendly discussions about writing-related things are fine.

We have a lot of different denominations and thus I don't want anyone getting hurt or confused since we also have a lot of members under the age of 18. Hello everyone!! My name is Katherine, though many friends call me Kat. I've been meaning to join Writers Vision for a looooong while now but never got around to it. Until a couple of days ago that is! And I'm so happy to finally be here!!

I like to create just about anything! Writing, painting, crafting, choreography--if it's creative, I'm in! 😉 I love writing fantasy, but other genres that interest me are spy fiction and realistic/contemporary fiction. I also love fairy tale retellings!! Cinderella is one of my favorite fairy tales to retell.
